Love this Chinese restaurant. My household has been ordering from them since they opened. I called once and there was a new worker who answered the phone and he was very rude and impatient. I cancelled my order and hung up. Much to my surprise, I received a call back from someone apologizing for the rude worker and acknowledged that I have been a longtime loyal customer and made the situation right. The service is great, the food is always fresh and prior to and since that one incident, the customer service is great, as well.
Oh how the price of Chinese takeout has definitely gone up over the years?! I alternate between Chinese restaurants in my area. The food here is pretty consistent and tasty. The delivery service has been prompt. What makes them stand out among the others is their family and combo menu options. You can have 2 different meat options with pork fried rice and a soda or small wonton soup for $7.50. This is a great option when you are feeling extra indecisive. They are also one of the few restaurants that still encourage you spend more money by giving you free food. Who really wants only 2 cans of soda when you have just spend $30+ on take out??! Not me! Try Success Restaurant... Atleast feel as though you are getting more for your money here.
Growing up my mom and I would eat here often. She always enjoyed the pork egg rolls and wings. I'm always enjoyed the wonton soup and pork fried rice. I haven't ate here in years because I moved out of NY some years ago, but I hope they are still providing good quality of food.
I like this the place.I been comin here about 2 years now ..I always get chicken egg foo and boneless ribs with pork fried rice...the food is very good here..
